Job duties: The incumbent serves as the interface between contractors and the Chemical Agent Disposal Facility (CDF) Site Project Manager. Duties consist of, providing project support; coordinating timely preparation and approval of technical documentation; developing and coordinating policies and directives; serving as the primary technical point of contact at the site during all phases of the project; provide technical oversight of the systems contractor; and assist in executing a public outreach program. You will provide guidance regarding construction, systemization, training, operations and closure; support development of systemization and operations schedules; provide management of the CDF training program; conduct production studies; provide technical management of facility design changes, process design efforts, and facility closure efforts. You will analyze situations, identify problems, probe the causes, and suggest courses of action for technical and functional specialists to pursue.
