Job duties: Duties include planning, directing and coordinating quality control and quality assurance activities. You will perform a variety of technical functions such as quality assurance inspections, BCOE reviews, testing and coordination, scoping task order projects, submittal review, and supervision of the technical engineering staff. You will ensure execution of the construction mission is in accordance with contract specifications and established procedures. You will support the MILCON and OMA projects at Fort Hood, as well as, Air Force projects at Dyess, Goodfellow, and Laughlin AFB. Technical expert and POC for all matters related to construction quality management. Responsible for management of positions and pay, employee performance evaluations, and employee career development training. Responsible for implementing and enforcing all safety rules, regulations and directives.
